The meaning of life is to find your gift, the purpose of life is to give it away.

About me

Third culture kid. Roots in the Low Country, USA; spent my adolescent years in East Africa; traveled and lived globally in my 20s, landed in Missoula, Montana. I developed a broad world view, cultural awareness and sensitivity, and an eagerness to understand and support people across different cultures and careers.

Scientist/Researcher. I’ve worked in Environmental Health Research for 25 years. I respect the power of accurate analysis, reworking systems and assumptions to better understand how we are impacted by and adapt to our environment. I’m a fact-based thinker, gathering information to make informed decisions.

Parent. Teaching children they can trust the future is the most important thing we can do. Children do not ask to be brought into this world. Safety and education are not luxuries but fundamental human rights. If some of us are not safe, none of us are. I am the forever student as a parent.

Coach. My approach starts with deep listening. Where you come from is important. Our perspective of the world developed through how we were taught to feel, and by inherited patterns. My coaching incorporates your early experiences, identity, connection with others, goals and obstacles, to provide a unique space for insight to develop. My coach training is accredited by the Association for Coaching, I am a certified Grief Practitioner, and I am a member of the International Coaching Federation.
